Request deletion
To request deletion of TeraCart account data or Meta integration data, email [email protected] from the merchant account email. Include your store name, admin email, and the connected platform you want removed.
Meta connection removal
For Facebook and Instagram connections, TeraCart can remove stored access tokens, selected business assets, Pixel settings, catalog settings, and server-side conversion access associated with the merchant store.
What stays
TeraCart may retain records required for tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. When retention is required, access is restricted and the data is not used for marketing.
Confirmation
TeraCart will confirm the request, verify account ownership, and process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period required by applicable law and platform policy.
